· Partial massage (25 min) for every adult
Massage of the selected body part aimed at reducing tension, relaxing muscles, and improving circulation and tissue elasticity. Back or leg massage using almond oil.

· Peat wrap for every adult
Natural therapy with anti-inflammatory and relaxing properties that supports muscle and joint regeneration and brings deep relaxation.
